Installation of the Isofi x base station
•
Insert the insertion aids through the
1
slit in the cushion between the back
rest and seating area and into the Isofi x
holders.
•
Ensure that the fl at side is pointing down-
wards (A). This is not necessary if the vehicle
already has fi rmly installed insertion aids.
•
Pull out the support stand at the lower side
of the base station.
•
Press the button for adjusting the length of
the Isofi x connectors at the base station in
order to extend the Isofi x connectors to their
full length (B).
•
Insert the Isofi x connectors into the insertion
aids and press until you hear them lock.
•
The display on both sides only turns green
when the connections have been estab-
lished. Press the Isofi x base station to the
back rest until it stands securely.
•
Press the release button on the connectors
to release the Isofi x connectors from the car
seat.
•
Press the length adjustment button of the

support stand at the front side of the Isofi x
base station in order to adjust the length of
the support stand to the height of your car
seat.
•
Ensure that the entire lower side of the sup-
port stand touches the base.
•
As soon as the support stand is fi rmly po-
sitioned, the control display at the bottom
end of the support stand will change from
red to green.
•
To push the support stand back, press the
height adjustment button with one hand.
Push the support stand back to the short-
est position with the other hand. Now rotate
the support stand on the lower side of the
Isofi x base station and fasten it in the holder
provided.
