When an error screen is displayed during use, note the error number (in the example, the error number is 1/0/0) and
contact the Compex-approved customer service centre.
THE BATTERY IS VERY FLAT
If the following screen appears, switch the device off and connect the charger.
If a battery is very flat, a recovery cycle will start, lasting 2 minutes.
