Cleaning and Maintenance
Attention: Always unplug the appliance from the electrical power outlet and let it cool down completely before
cleaning and storage.
• Clean the appliance regularly and any food resi-
dues removed.
• CAUTION! Never use any abrasive or hard objects
for cleaning.

Problems
Neither the lamp indicator nor the
heating elements heat up.
When connected to the electrical
power supply, heating control is set &
the power indicator lights on. But the
appliance does not heat up.
When connected to the electrical
power supply, heating control is set
but the power indicator does not light
up. The appliance can still heat up.
Conveyor chain does not move (See
below photo)

How to clean
- Soak in warm, soapy water for about 10 to 20 minutes.
- Rinse under running water thoroughly.
- Wipe clean with a soft cloth and a little mild detergent.
Make sure no water or moisture enters inside the of
the appliance.
Possible causes
The power plug is not connect-
ed firmly with the electrical
power outlet.
Thermal cut-out activated
Heating element is burnt out.
The power indicator is defective
Internal motor is defective
Chain
Gear
Gear or chain not in the correct
position
• Clean the appliance with luke-warm water and
a soft cloth.
• Do not use water jet or steam cleaner for clean-
ing and do not push under the water.
• No any parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
• Store the appliance in a cool, clean place.
