Il controllo di produzione inizia a livello di progetto
con calcoli teorici e dimensionali e prosegue con
prove pratiche sui prototipi.
I Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale (DPI) vengono
ulteriormente testati e certifi cati da organismi notifi cati.
Tutti gli articoli destinati alla sicurezza delle persone
vengono collaudati pezzo per pezzo secondo rigidi
parametri prefi ssati.
Su campionature casuali (Sigma) vengono inoltre
effettuate prove distruttive per verifi care il carico d'uso
e l'effettivo carico di rottura. Per fi nire, un ulteriore
controllo visivo fi nale valuta, pezzo per pezzo, anche
gli aspetti estetici. La KONG, fi n dalle origini, si è
sempre data delle regole ferree per garantire che ogni
prodotto resistesse ai carichi previsti, controllandolo e
testandolo pezzo per pezzo. Questo sistema che è alla
base della fi losofi a di lavoro della KONG ha trovato la
sua naturale evoluzione in quello che la scienza e gli
standard moderni chiamano sistema di qualità UNI EN
ISO 9001. Questo vuol dire che quando si inventa un
nuovo articolo, si costruisce un prototipo, lo si fa testare
da un organismo notifi cato che ne verifi ca la conformità
agli standard e poi lo si mette in produzione con la
garanzia assoluta che il milionesimo pezzo sia identico
in tutto e per tutto al primo pezzo prodotto. Ad ulteriore
garanzia dell'utilizzatore fi nale, la maggior parte dei
prodotti KONG è certifi cata secondo le norme UIAA -
Unione Internazionale delle Associazioni Alpinistiche e
secondo le norme CE (Direttiva 89/686/CEE).
Molti nostri articoli sono inoltre certifi cati secondo
norme particolari: NFPA - OSHA/ANSI - RINA - ASTM
etc o specifi che militari.

par des organisations notifi ées. Tous les articles destinés
à la sécurité de l'individu sont testés pièce par pièce
conformément aux paramètres préfi xés qui sont très
strictes. En outre, sur des échantillonnages (procédure
Sigma), on exécute des tests destructifs pour vérifi er la
portée à l'emploi et la portée de rupture effective. Enfi n,
un contrôle visuel ultérieur, évalue, pièce par pièce, les
aspects esthétiques.
Depuis ses origines, la société KONG a toujours adopté
des règles bien strictes afi n de garantir la résista ce de
chaque produit aux portées prévues, en le contrôlant et
en le testant pièce par pièce.
Ce système, qui est à la base de la philosophie de travail
de la société KONG, a trouvé son évo-lution naturelle
dans ce que la science et les standards modernes
dénomment système de qualité UNI EN ISO 9001. Ceci
signifi e qu'à l'élaboration d'un nouvel article, on construit
un prototype, on le fait tester par une organisation
notifi ée qui en vérifi e la conformité aux standards.
Ensuite, on le met en production avec la garantie
absolue que la millionième pièce sera identique, en tout
et pour tout, à la première pièce produite.
Comme garantie supplémentaire à l'utilisateur fi nal, la
majeure partie des produits KONG est certifi ée selon
les normes UIAA Union Internationale des Associations
d'Alpinisme et selon la norme 89/686/CEE (marquage
CE). Nombre de nos articles sont en outre certifi és
conformément à des normes particulières (NFPA –
OSHA/ANSI – RINA – ASTM etc.) ou selon des
spécifi cations militaires.
Production control starts at planning stage with

goes on to actual tests on prototypes.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is further
submitted to tests for certifi cation by a Notifi ed Body.
All items in which personal safety is involved are
individually tested piece per piece following rigid
predetermined parameters. Effective breaking tests
are carried out on randomly sampled following Sigma
procedure.
At the end a visual piece by piece control garantees the
aesthetic fi nish. From commencement the company
has adopted tough rules, in order to guarantee that
every single product endures the weight involved, by
checking and testing each item one by one.
This system, which remains at the heart of Kong's
working philosophy, has successfully evolved into what
science and modern standards call "the UNI EN ISO
9001 quality system". It basically means that whenever
a new item is invented, a prototype is produced, which
is tested by a Notifi ed Body.
The notifi ed body verifi es that it meets the relevant
standards and only then is the item is put in production,
guaranteeing through and through that the millionth
item produced is identical in every single wayto the
fi rst. As a further garanty to the fi nal user most parts
of KONG products are certifi ed and marked UIAA
International Union of Alpine Association and CE
(following directive 89/686/CEE).
Many of our items are certifi ed following other
standards: (NFPA - OSHA/ANSI - RINA - ASTM) or
military standards.
Die Produktionskontrolle beginnt bereits beim
Entwurf mit theoretischen und dimensionalen
Berechnungen
und
wird
dann
mit
praktischen
Prüfungen der Prototypen fortgesetzt. Die persönlichen
Schutzausrüstungen (PSA) werden noch zusätzlich
von zugelassenen Zertifi zierstellen getestet. Alle für die
Personensicherheit bestimmten Artikel werden Stück
für Stück nach strengen vorbestimmten Parametern
geprüft. Bei zufälligen Stichproben (Sigma-System)
werden
außerdem
Zerstörungstests
durchgeführt,
um die Einsatzlast und die tatsächliche Bruchlast zu
kontrollieren. Zum Schluss wird anhand einer weiteren
Sichtkontrolle Stück für Stück auch das Aussehen
bewertet. KONG hat sich von Anfang an eiserne Regeln
auferlegt um zu garantieren, dass jedes Produkt den
vorgesehenen Lasten standhält und hat Stück für Stück
geprüft und getestet.
Dieses System ist die Grundlage der Arbeitsphilosophie
von KONG und hat seine natürliche Weiterentwicklung
in dem gefunden, was die Wissenschaft und die
modernen Standards mit dem Qualitätssystem UNI
EN ISO 9001 bezeichnen. Das bedeutet, dass bei der
Erfi ndung eines neuen Artikels ein Prototyp gebaut wird,
der von einer zugelassenen Behörde getestet wird, die
dessen Übereinstimmung mit den Standards prüft und
erst dann geht der Artikel mit der absoluten Garantie in
die Produktion, dass das tausendste Stück absolut mit
dem ersten hergestellten Stück identisch ist. Als weitere
Garantie für den Endverbraucher ist der Großteil der
Produkte von KONG nach den Vorschriften der UIAA
Internationale Union der Bergsportverbände und nach
der Richtlinie EU89/686 (CE-Kennzeichen) zertifi ziert.
Viele unserer Artikel sind außerdem nach besonderen
Vorschriften (NFPA -OSHA/ANSI - RINA - ASTM usw.)
oder Militärspezifi kationen zertifi ziert.
