MELODYS FLASH LED EXTERIOR

EN: Choose the location where the Melodys LED Flash control box will be installed according to the presence nearby
of the Mains power source.

Determine the location where the Melodys LED Flash strobe light beacon will be installed according to the
location of the control box: a 5-meter cable is provided to ensure the link between the 2 elements.

Unscrew the 4 screws in the control box to open it.

Loosen both of the control box' s sealed cable glands.
Unscrew the four retaining screws of the plate on which the power supply and the circuit board are installed.

Take the plate out of the control box.

Fix the control box into place using the screws to attach it to the wall, refer to the dimensions at the end of the
document.

Remove the clear protective plastic film from the terminal.

Feed the power cable through the PG16 cable gland and connect it to the power supply unit, observing the
correct polarity: L, N, E (live, neutral and earth).

Feed the beacon' s connection cable (two wires) through the PG7 cable gland, connect it to the circuit board' s green
connector on OUT. Observe the correct polarity: V-, V+ (mass, +24V).

Définir l' e mplacement du gyrophare en s' a ssurant de la proximité du boîtier de commande : un câble de
5 mètres est livré pour la liaison entre les deux éléments.

Dévisser les 4 vis du boîtier de commande afin de l' o uvrir.

Desserrer les 2 presses-étoupes étanches du boîtier.

Dévisser les 4 vis de fixation de la platine sur laquelle est implantée l' a limentation et la carte électronique.
Sortir la platine du boîtier.

Fixer le boîtier de commande à son emplacement à l' a ide des vis en le plaquant bien au mur. Se reporter aux
dimensions à la fin du document.

Ôter la protection en plastique transparent sur le bornier.

Passer le câble d' a limentation par le presse-étoupe PG16 et le connecter au bloc alimentation en respectant la
polarité : L, N, T (phase, neutre, terre).

Passer le câble (2 fils) de liaison du gyrophare dans le presse-étoupe PG7, le brancher sur le connecteur vert de la
carte électronique en OUT. Respecter la polarité : V-, V+ (masse, +24V).

Führen Sie das Verbindungskabel (2 Drähte) des Rundumlichts mit dem Steuerkasten durch die rechte
Kabelverschraubung und verbinden Sie es mit dem grünen Anschluss der elektronischen Karte (OUT). Achten Sie
auf die richtige Polung: V-, V+ (Masse, +24 V).

Aflojar los 2 prensaestopas herméticos de la caja.

Desatornillar los 4 tornillos de fijación de la placa en la que van instaladas la alimentación y la tarjeta electrónica.
Sacar la placa de la caja.

Colocar el cuadro de control en la ubicación asignada sujetándolo firmemente a la pared con los tornillos, consulte
las dimensiones al final del documento.

Retirar la protección de plástico transparente del terminal.

Pasar el cable de alimentación por el prensaestopas PG16 y conectarlo al bloque de alimentación

Pasar el cable (2 hilos) de conexión de la luz destellante con la caja de control por el prensaestopas PG7 y
