Fix the base unit to the nut plate using the bolts
(short) (M6 x 15) (the base unit and the bolts are
supplied with IN-XR). In this case, the L-plate must
be placed underneath the base unit.
(Use the outer holes to attach the base unit.)
• The base unit must be fixed as the arrow on
the unit pushes toward the vehicle center.
• Tighten the bolts securely, using the Hex wrench.
NOTE
• Tighten the bolt until the spring washer lies flat.
• Tighten the bolt with 4 [N·m] (40 [kgf·cm]) of torque.
Warning
The bolts will loosen after the initial installation, so make
sure to re-tighten them after driving.

Perform the installation procedure according to the
installation instructions supplied with IN-XR.

Attach the base unit to the vehicle.
Fix the base unit supplied with IN-XR to the nut
plate, using the bolt (long) (M6 x 30) supplied with
this product. For this procedure, the L-plate, plastic
base Pand base unit must be placed in the respective
order.
• The base unit must be fixed as the arrow on the
unit pushes toward the vehicle center.
• Tighten the bolts securely, using the Hex wrench.
NOTE
• Tighten the bolt until the spring washer lies flat.
• Tighten the bolt with 4 [N·m] (40 [kgf·cm]) of torque.
