4. Instructions to convert to a different type of gas
Important:
•
The replacement of gas injectors shall be
made by a qualified professional or by a
manufacturer's representative.
•
This cooktop is set for use with liquefied
petroleum gas (LPG), supply pressure of
29 mbar.
Use pressure regulators adequate to the
gas pressures indicated in the installation
instructions.
- If gas conversion injectors are not
included, get in touch with the After-
Sales Service and ask for them.
4.1 Replacing injectors
Important:
This operation shall be made by a
qualified professional, by the gas supplier
or by a manufacturer's representative.
(See injectors table under "Technical
characteristics").
•
Remove grids (A).
•
Remove burners (B).
•
Using a socket spanner of appropriate size
(C), unscrew the injector to be replaced.
•
Replace it with an injector suitable for the
new type of gas.
•
Reassemble the injector in (D).
•
If you have a multiple crown burner, use
side spanner to replace the injector (E).

- Adjust minimum supply.
Note:
If liquefied petroleum gas is used (G30/
G31), the minimum gas setting screw must
be tightened as far as it will go.
Important:
Should you experience difficulty in
turning the burner knobs, please get in
touch with the After-Sales Service for
replacement.
Before installing the cooktop, affix the gas
calibration plate supplied with the injectors
so that it covers the existing information
relating to gas calibration.
