CLEANING THE BLADE

Press a damp cloth on the surface of the blade and
the other side.
2. Sanitize and dry in the same way using a dry cloth.
3. Repeat cleaning both front and back of knife with
clear water.
CAUTION
Dirty stones cannot sharpen!
