Airhead Sports Group Warrants, to the original purchaser only, when their products are used for normal recreational
purposes that all Airhead Sports Group inflatables are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
1 year from the original purchase date. Any implied warranties are also limited in duration to the 1 year period from
the original purchase date. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Airhead
Sports Group should not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages. Airhead Sports Group shall inspect
all warranty claims and in the event of a defect, repair or replace the defective part or entire item, at its option. A return
authorization number (RA#) must be obtained prior to return by calling or writing to the telephone or address listed
in this manual. Merchandise must be returned, postage prepaid along with proof of purchase to the address below
with the RA# in bold on the outside of the package. This warranty does NOT cover: FAILURE CAUSED BY OVER-
INFLATION or UNDER-INFLATION, TEARS, CUTS, PUNCTURES OR SNAGS OBTAINED DURING NORMAL
USE, ITEMS INVOLVED IN ACCIDENTS, ITEMS FOR RENTAL OR HIRE AND OTHER USES NOT CONSIDERED
NORMAL RECREATIONAL USES INCLUDING MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLECT, IMPROPER STORAGE or FADING
FROM EXPOSURE TO SUNLIGHT. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION
ON THIS CARD. AIRHEAD SPORTS GROUP SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY INCI-
DENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY
FROM STATE TO STATE.

IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR WARRANTY REQUEST, WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- Sales receipt with date of purchase.
- Photo showing Tracking number embossed on the tube near the valve and/or Airhead Sports Group Warranty Label
(found on underside of the nylon valve flap.
*YOUR WARRANTY REQUEST CAN NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS YOU PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REQUIRED ABOVE.
Please have all information above ready when you call, or include in the email. We are unable to warranty a product
without all pertinent information. Airhead Sports Group will make the final warranty determination which may require
physical product inspection or photos of the product that clearly show the defect(s). This warranty is only valid in USA
and Canada.
If your product is out of warranty, you may be able to purchase replacement parts from our service department
by contacting them directly at 800-624-1297 or customercare@airhead.com. Replacement parts, if available, are
shipped within 72 business hours.
Prior authorization is required for returned merchandise. No credit will be given for a product that is sent back without
prior authorization. Airhead Sports Group will not be held responsible for lost or improperly shipped items if a return
number is not obtained in advance. After receiving an authorization number, please ship as instructed to the following
