Clean the glass plate (no. 1) after each use with a conventional
disinfectant.
•
Be sure to unplug the device before subjecting it to a thorough
cleaning.
•
The surface of the device can be cleaned easily using a clean
cloth.
•
The camera lens (no. 9) can be freed of dust by blowing on it.
For this, first carefully lift off the glass plate (no. 1); such work
should only be done when the device is not connected with the
power source.
•
It is principally not necessary to recalibrate the device. The
device is set up and calibrated in the factory, if it has been
delivered by WINTERSTEIGER as BD SCAN PC ALL IN ONE.

Should it be necessary to recalibrate the device, please follow
the individual steps of the procedure as described in the
operating manual included with your BD SCAN PC ALL IN
ONE.

Changes in the position of the scanner or great changes in the
ambient light conditions may make it necessary to make a new
background image (for more information please consult the
operating manual included with your BD SCAN PC ALL IN
ONE). To make changes to the background image, both the
white and the red LED lights (nos. 7 and 8) must be turned on;
the lid (no. 2) must be resting on the glass when taking the
background image.
