Included with the delivery of the radius cutting attachment:

1 x Cutting tool
2 x Screws M6x8 DIN 912
1 x Screw M8x10 DIN 7984
1 x Round head flanged screw M6x12
1 x Round head flanged screw M5x8
1 x Slot nut 12x12x4 M6
To work with the radius cutting attachment you must attach it to your lathe in
place of the tool holder at first. Shown here is how this is done for the respec-
tive lathe type:
Here's how for the FD 150/E (Fig. 1):
The complete longitudinal support must be unscrewed from the cross support.
The radius cutting attachment is then fastened to the now vacant threaded
hole with the enclosed round head flanged screw M5x8.
Here's how for the PD 230/E (Fig. 2):
The complete longitudinal support must be unscrewed from the cross support.
Using the enclosed screws M6x8 and the slot nut, the radius cutting attach-
ment can be mounted now. To do so, insert the enclosed slot nut in the now
vacant slot and fasten together with the available slot nut and both screws.
Here's how for the PD 250/E (Fig. 3):
After disassembling the longitudinal support, the radius cutting attachment is
screwed on to the machine support with the enclosed round head flanged
screw M6x12 in the fitting position as shown in Fig. 3.
