13-MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

13.5 CHAIN LUBRICATION

Remove the protective cover.
Lubrificate with chain grease.
Return the cover and fix in place.
13.6 FILM CARRIAGE GUIDES
Lubricate using B.C. 190 HEAVY DUTY type grease.
13.7 CLEANING THE RUBBER-COATED ROLLERS
Certain brands of stretchable film are keen to form a deposit of oily si-
licon on the rubber rollers.
If the film slips on the rubber-coated roller, clean the rubber surface with
alcohol to restore the normal adhesion between roller and film.
