whole thing without fully tightening.
8. Position the supports G and attach them at points H, then fit
the whole thing without fully tightening.
9. Fit the member section I finger-tight at points J and K. Slide the
whole thing as far as possible to the rear.
10. Use the Brink smart position sticker to saw out the indicated
section from the bumper.
11. Fit the Brink Connector.
12. Fit the foldaway socket plate.
13. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the dra-
wing.
14. Replace the plastic plugs onto the underside of the bumper.

NOTE:
* Should this installation process entail the cutting of the bum-
per – conformation MUST be obtained by the installation
engineer of the customer's acceptance prior to completion.

ment(s) "of the vehicle".
* Remove the insulating material from the contact area of the fit-
ting points.
* Consult your dealer for the maximum tolerated pull weight and
ball hitch pressure of your vehicle.
* Do not drill through electrical-, brake- or fuellines.
* Remove (if present) the plastic caps from the spot welding nuts.
* This fitting instruction has to be enclosed in the vehicle docu-
ments after fitting the towbar.
* Brink is not liable for damage caused directly or indirectly by
incorrect assembly, including the use of unsuitable tools, the
use of other assembly methods and means than the ones outli-
ned, and the incorrect interpretation of these assembly instruc-
tions.

MONT GE NLEITUNG:
Vor Beginn des Einbaus ist anhand der Typplakette der
nhängerkupplung festzustellen, welche Einbauskizze in die-
ser Montageanleitung die richtige ist.
1. Gegebenenfalls die
ufkleber bei den Befestigungspunkten
entfernen.
2. Im Bereich der
nlageflächen muß Unterbodenschutz, Hohl -
raumkonser vierung (Wachs) und
werden.
3. Die Originalschrauben an den Punkten C und F entfernen.
4. Die Kunststoffstöpsel von der Unterseite der Stoßstange entfer-
nen.
5. Die Käfigmuttern einsetzen.
6. Die Halterung
anlegen und bei den Punkten B und C befesti-
gen.

7. Die Halterung D anlegen und bei den Punkten E und F befesti-
gen.

8. Die Halterungen G anlegen und bei den Punkten H befestigen.

9. Den Balkenteil I an den Punkten J und K handfest montieren.
Das Ganze so weit wie möglich nach hinten schieben.
10. Verwenden Sie den speziellen
angegebenen Bereich aus dem Stoßfänger auszusägen.
11. Den Brink Connector montieren.
12. Die wegklappbare Steckdosenplatte montieren.
13. lle Schrauben und Muttern gemäß den
bbildung festdrehen.
14. Die Kunststoffstöpsel wieder an der Unterseite der Stoßstange
befestigen.
