Connect Duende:
Ensure that both Duende and your computer are powered

2 Connect IEEE1394/Firewire †

Connect Power ‡

Switch Duende On
† Use either port on Duende; the second port provides a loop-through.
‡ Power supply only required where the IEEE1394/Firewire bus is unable
to supply sufficient power for Duende.

Install the software:

After the Duende Installer has installed all of the
required software on your computer, click 'Finish Up'
to quit the installer.

Switch Computer On
6 Insert the Duende Installation CD in your CD drive
7 Click the Duende CD icon to view the CD content
8 Launch the Duende Installer by double clicking the
Duende Installer icon
9 Follow the installation instructions on screen
