Lacanche hoods are designed to harmonize with the aesthetics of the «Classic» and «Modern»
ranges and deliver optimum performance.
Lacanche hoods are designed for external discharge, through an exhaust duct, odors and cooking
vapors.
They can be optionally configured for use in recycling mode
They are made from a metal frame. Exterior panels are made of sheet steel coated with black
powder-coated paint. As an option, they are also available with color finish or stainless steel.
The periphery beams, front and side, are made of stainless steel.
The ductwork housings, also made of stainless steel, are adjustable in height (from 0 to 240 mm),
and allow, after installation, a homogeneous connection to the ceiling.
As an option, this can also be custom-made, to obtain a hood / ceiling connection with a height
greater than 240 mm. To be specified from four available sizes (in mm: 250 / 500,500 / 750,750 /
1000).
