DANGER – Danger of Electric Shock

Use and store the device only in closed rooms. Do not operate it outdoors or in closed
areas with high humidity.

Never touch the device and accessories with wet hands when these components are
connected to the mains power.
■
Never immerse the device and accessories in water or other liquids and ensure that
these components cannot fall into water or become wet. In addition, the device must
not become wet during use.
■
Should the device fall into water, switch off the power supply immediately. Do not at-
tempt to pull the device out of the water while it is still connected to the mains power!
Have it checked by a specialist workshop before using it again.
WARNING – Danger of Injury

Only use the device if you have no physical illnesses or ailments!
■
Danger of suffocation! Keep children and animals away from the packaging mate-
rial.
■
Danger of strangulation! Make sure that the connecting cable is always kept out of
the reach of small children and animals.

Danger of tripping! Make sure that the connecting cable does not present a trip
hazard.
■
Babies and sleeping or unconscious people may not be placed on the device.
■
Pregnant women should not use the device or use it only after consultation with their
doctor.
■
People with a pacemaker may use the device only after consultation with their doctor.
■
Switch off the device immediately if you experience pain or feel unwell during use.
■
If you are unsure whether the device may be used, consult a doctor.
■
Do not use the device on swelling or sore areas of skin.
■
The device may only be used by people who are able to handle the controller.
WARNING – Danger of Fire
■
Do not use the device in rooms containing easily ignitable or explosive substances.
Never operate the device in the vicinity of a gas source.
■
Keep the device and accessories away from fi re and other heat sources.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Material and Property
■
Only connect the mains adapter to a properly installed plug socket. The plug socket
must also be readily accessible after connection so that the connection to the mains
can quickly be isolated. The mains voltage must match the rating plate of the device
and the mains adapter.
■
The device must be switched off when the mains adapter or car adapter is being
unplugged or plugged into the plug socket or cigarette lighter.
■
Never wind the mains cable around the device or the mains adapter or the car adapt-
er.
