Dry-run protection

Your Hoesch whirl tub is equipped with dry-run protection.
The pump, the lighting or the disinfection function can be
started only when the green LED diode is on. The dry-run
protection constitutes a protection against starting the sys-
tem when the bathtub is empty or the water level is too low.

Hydrostatic test

Before mounting the apron, aside from checking the electric
functions, you should conduct a hydrostatic test. In order to
do that fill the tub up to overflow level and leave the water in
the tub for one hour, next switch the whirl system on for
approx. 15 minutes. Possible leaks caused during transport
or installation can be noticed during this test.
Before you empty the bathtub completely, conduct full
disinfection.

System drying

For Air and Whirlpower + Air systems
The system drying function is switched on automatically approx. 8 minutes after emptying the bathtub. After switching on
it works in total for about 2 minutes, during which the blower works for the first 30 seconds with medium power, and for
the next 90 seconds it works with full power. While emptying the bathtub you can manually switch on the system drying
of nozzles located in the bottom of the bathtub by pressing button 4 (duration approx. 2 minutes). The system drying can
be switched off at any moment.
