1. Prepare the batter as basic recipe above. See for various recipes the supplied book of recipes.
2. Lift the top plate of the appliance.
3. Fill each hollow in the lower plate for 1/2 with cupcake batter. The batter may not come above the edge
of the cups. You can use paper cake cases first in the appliance (see figure 2).

4. Lower the upper plate.
5. Close the cupcake maker with the fastening clip.
6. Put the plug into the wall socket. The "power" light will illuminate, and the appliance will begin to heat
up.
7. After 3-5 min. the "power" light extinguishes. The "ready-to-use" light will now illuminate. Check the
baking process of the cup-cakes. During use the heating element will switch in and out to keep the
temperature of the baking plates constant. Consequently the "power" and "ready-to-use" lights will also
repeatedly illuminate and extinguish.
8. Bake the cup-cakes until they are golden-brown (approx 7-10min.).

With the supplied pastry bag and 4 stainless steel tips (see figure 3), you can decorate your cup-cakes with
for example chocolate, whipping cream or colored frosting.

Mini pies
1. Prepare the pastry, see for various recipes the supplied book of recipes.
2. Lift the top plate of the appliance.

3. Roll out the pastry with a rolling pin. Use the larger side of the pastry cutter (7) to make the bottom of
the mini pies (see figure 4).
4. Use the stamp tool (6) to press the pastry into the cold cupcake maker (see figure 5).
Do not preheat the cupcake maker!
5. Fill the pastry cup with 2-3 tablespoons of filling.
6. Use the smaller side of the pastry cutter to make the top of the mini pie (see figure 6), Put the top on
the filled cup and use the smaller side of the pastry cutter to cut away excess pastry (see figure 7).
7. Lower the upper plate.
8. Close the cupcake maker with the fastening clip.
9. Put the plug into the wall socket. The "power" light will illuminate, and the appliance will begin to heat
up.
