Safety rules for carbon dioxide (CO
• Use only to supply CO
2
• CO
cylinders are highly pressurized. The following instructions should therefore be observed:

• Do not throw CO
cylinders. Store in cool conditions. Protect from sunlight and temperatures of over 50 °C.

• CO
supply only in conjunction with suitable pressure reducers for disposable CO
2
e.g. Dennerl Nano pressure reducer.
• Cylinders must always be in an upright position when supplying CO
• Do not open CO
cylinders by force.

• CO
gas is heavier than air and has a suffocating effect in high concentrations.

• Avoid breathing in CO
2
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store CO
cylinders in well ventilated areas and not in cellars.

• Please note the following when transporting individual cylinders in vehicles: Secure to prevent from sliding and rolling around, as the valve
may otherwise incur damage and CO

• Hold the pressure reducer and screw the cartrid-
ge in straight until a slight resistance is noticea-
ble – this is caused by the pin in the connection
socket of the pressure reducer, which opens the
cartridge – continue turning the cartridge until
finger-tight.
It is recommendable to carry
out a leak test: Immerse cartridge in water with
pressure reducer up to just below the hose
connector. If bubbles issue from the bottom of
the pressure reducer or from the lower vent ope-
ning: Tighten pressure reducer slightly, using a
19 mm spanner if necessary.
