1. MODULE INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
ALL LOCAL REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE ONES ACCORDING TO THE NATIONAL
OREUROPEAN NORMS MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED WHEN PROCEEDING TO INSTALL THE
APPLIANCE
1.1. Mono-block fire. It is made of steel glass door (800º C). Include fire grate, bucket ashtray
detachable smokestack, automatic gate valve and out air intake connection for combustion.
1.1.1. For model W1501 and W1551. These models are supplied with isolated outer chamber
(with isolation heat).
1.1.2. For model W1502 – W1552 - Simplified. It's COMPULSORY isolating correctly the
appliance.
1.2. Module's movement. The rings (G-1) allow the transport by crane and for a comfortable
movement in the house using the wheel kit (G-2).
1.3. Floor. This fireplace must be assembled on floors which provide an adequate bearing
capacity. If the resistance is not enough, a panel of balance would be required to distribute the
whole weight of the fireplace.
1.4. Adjustable feet. They allow to install the appliance from 325 mm to 575 mm to the floor and
the lower plates (G-3) allow to perfect levelling of the appliance.
1.5. Smokestack. A smoke connector from the adapter is needed to the smoke outlet. This outlet
must be in good conditions and certified by a Professional. It can also be possible to lengthen the
pipe to the outdoors providing, in any case, the exact diameter for the appliance. The
length of the pipe must not be shorter than 4000 mm. The installation procedures must be done
under the regulations. It is not possible to use this pipe combined with other appliances.
1.6. Security distances.
1.6.1. Inner security distance between fireplace and the wall . The walls can approach to 20
mm of the appliance. If they contain flammable items must be separated a minimum of 200 mm.
1.6.2. Outer fireplace security distances. Anything fragile or flammable (textile, electronics,
wood, paper wall, glass, chalk...) should be separated at least 1000 mm from the front. We must
take special care in those fireplaces with wooden shelves or similar: we must prevent and avoid
the possibility of hot air falls directly on the wood. In these cases, flammable items must be
insulated properly.
WARNING:
For these safety distances are correct for model W1502 -Simplified, IT MUST BE
ISOLATED.
