Input "IN3" – central locking
The tripping contact of a central locking can be connected at the input.
Depending on the Hi-O Technology™ devices connected, the tripping contact
activates various processes:
· a locked motorised lock unlocks as soon as the door is closed,
· a coupling lock couples the outer door handle,
· an electric strike is locked.
With central locking a local unlocking via the input external release is blocked until
the central locking is withdrawn.
Input "BMA" – fire alarm system
If a fire alarm system is connected, this input must have a voltage ("Technical
data", page 45). No electrical voltage means,
· the fire alarm system reports an alarm or a fault, for example, line break or short
circuit on the line to the fire alarm system,
· the central locking is activated,
· if a motorised lock is connected, the fire alarm system relay is switched to
inactive.
