3. Attach the Extension Hose to the Cradle and Cuff (see figure):
Do not compress or restrict air flow through the tubing.
4. Place the NBP Pod/Cradle unit on a table, or at a location within close
proximity to the patient.
Caution: Advise the patient not to move from the location without
picking up the Pod/Cradle unit. Failure to do this could result in a
damaged NBP Pod if it accidentally fell from the table.
5. Start NBP measurements.
