CAUTION:
The Y-adapter is designed for the connec-
tion of a pushbutton switch or a digital tim-
er!
When the pushbutton switch is used, the
operating indicator integrated in the push-
button switch is controlled via the black ca-
ble of the Y-adapter.
When the digital timer is used, the black ca-
ble must be severed just in front of the con-
nector of the digital timer.
The cut joint of the wiring harness must be
insulated (danger of short-circuit).
NOTE:
If the black wire is not severed, voltage will
be supplied to contact +15 of the digital tim-
er when the heater is turned on by means
of the instant heat button on the digital
timer, and the digital timer will be pro-
grammed for continuous heating.
No switch-off occurs when the preset oper-
ating time has elapsed.
- Connect Y-adapter with 4-pin con-
nector to digital timer
