WEPUMP products are designed to highest DIY quality standards. WEPUMP give a 36 month
warranty for his products, from the date of purchase, with a supporting invoice. This warranty
applies to all material and manufacturing defects which may arise.
Under warranty we will either replace the unit or repair it free of charge if the following conditions
apply:
Proof of the purchase date can be provided in the form of a receipt
The unit must have been handled properly and in keeping with the requirements of the
operating instructions.
There is no damage caused by external influences or foreign bodies such as sand or stones.
Neither the purchaser or a non-authorised third party have attempted to repair the unit.
Detects which have arisen as a result of wear is not covered by the warranty. Among other things,
this relates to switches, protective circuit switches, turbine or mechanical seal.
This manufacturer's guarantee does not affect the user's existing warranty claims against the
dealer/seller
In the event of a warranty claim please contact your dealer or the nearest authorized Customer
Service centre. Please submit the proof of purchase.
Faulty tools to be returned to WEPUMP via your WEPUMP dealer will be collected by WEPUMP
as long as the product is properly packaged. If faulty goods are sent directly to WEPUMP by the
consumer, WEPUMP will only be able to process these goods if the consumer pays the shipping
costs. Products which are delivered in a poorly packaged condition will not be accepted by WEPUMP.
