Troubleshooting

Please contact AMIBOT technical department in the following cases:
• If the appliance has been dropped, damaged or come into contact
with water.
• If the power cable is damaged.
• If the back-up battery is defective.

Table: Malfunctions and possible causes

Malfunction
The robot does not
move correctly, it skids
on the glazed surface.
The robot stops, the top
and bottom indicator
lights flash red and
it emits continuous
beeps.
Possible causes
1. The window is too
dirty, too smooth or
damp.
2. The robot's
microfibre cleaning
pads are too dirty or
damp.
1. Insufficient suction
ventilation.
2. There is a problem
with the motors
and detecting
the surface to be
cleaned.

Solution
• Place the robot on
another part of the
surface to be cleaned.
• Change the microfibre
cleaning pads.
• Turn the robot off
and back on again.
Place the robot with
a clearance of 10 cm
from any obstacle
before starting a
cleaning cycle.
• Check that the
cleaning pads are
securely attached to
the rotating disks.
• Check that the window
does not have any
faults.
