Troubleshooting

Please contact AMIBOT technical department in the following cases:
• If the appliance has been dropped, damaged or come into contact
with water.
• If the power cable is damaged.
• If the back-up battery is defective.

Malfunctions
The robot does not
move correctly, it skids
on the glazed surface.
The robot stops and
the Start/Pause button
light flashes RED.
Possible causes
1. The window is too
dirty or damp.
2. The cleaning pad is
too dirty or damp.
The robot does not
have enough suction.

Solutions
1. Dry the window.
2. Change the cleaning pad.
3. Clean the continuous
tracks.
1. Check that the cleaning
pad is correctly attached
to the Velcro fastenings.
2. Check that the window
does not have any faults.
3. The window frames may
be uneven, however the
robot can be controlled
using the remote control.
