The VSAF must be connected just before the pump contact coil in order to ensure that no other apparatus
connects with the pump while it is changing position.
Of the two contact terminals, the MOTOR PUMP series terminal has to be connected to the terminal receiving
the signal from the programming timer, triple position switch, (diagram 1).
The multiport valve must never be connected to the terminal with neutral connected (diagram 2).
4.2
The power supply to the VSAF must be 230-115 Vac and 50 – 60 Hz. The VSAF does not work with lower
voltages, and higher voltages can damage the PCB components.
The power supply shall be connected at the same point as the triple position switch (Diagram 3).
With electrical Systems with a tri-phasic power supply, the electrical scheme is as shown in diagram 4. If this is
not correctly done the VSAF could be severely damaged.
