ACCESSORI OPZIONALI

ATTENZIONE – Per la regolazione della larghezza di
lavoro della fresa rivolgersi a un'officina autorizzata.
Regolazione profondità di lavoro
Per variare la profondità di lavoro, agire sull'inclinazione del
coltello centrale usando la leva (A, Fig.105). Con i terreni duri,
per evitare che la macchina salti in avanti, regolare il coltello
centrale spostandolo in basso nell'ultimo foro.
MANUTENZIONE
AT T E N Z I O N E - E f fe t t u a re l e o p e ra z i o n i d i
manutenzione a macchina ferma e a motore spento!
Ogni volta che si usa la fresa assicurarsi che:
1. I dadi di fissaggio del quickfit o del corpo fresa al
motocoltivatore siano serrati a fondo e che il chiavistello
del quickfit sia ruotato fino allo scatto nella posizione di
serraggio.
2. Tutte le viti ed i dadi di fissaggio dei coltelli della fresa
siano serrati a fondo.
3. L'olio della scatola della coppia conica sia al suo giusto
livello, ossia quasi piena.
MONTAGGIO RUOTA DI SOSTEGNO
Inserire la ruota B nell'alloggiamento ruota della fresa
(C, Fig.106), bloccare la ruota con il perno D come in Fig.106.
ATTENZIONE – Durante il lavoro la ruota deve essere
tolta. La ruota deve essere utilizzata solo per il
sostegno o per il trasferimento della macchina sul
luogo di lavoro.

WARNING – To adjust the working width of the rotor,
contact an authorised service workshop.
Working depth adjustment
To change the working depth, adjust the inclination of the
central blade using the lever (A, Fig.105). With hard soil, to
prevent the machine lurching forwards, adjust the central
blade by moving it down to the last hole.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING - Carry out maintenance with the machine
at a standstill and the engine switched off!
Every time you use the rotor make sure that:
1. The screws fixing the Quickfit or rotor body to the rotary
cultivator are fully tightened and that the Quickfit latch is
turned until it clicks into the locking position.
2. All nuts and bolts securing the blades to the rotor are fully
tightened.
3. The bevel drive oil is topped up, e.g. almost full.
FITTING THE SUPPORT WHEEL
Insert wheel B in the wheel housing on the rotor (C, Fig.106),
lock the wheel with pin D as shown in Fig.106.
WARNING – When operating the machine, the wheel
must be removed. The wheel must only be used for
supporting the machine or transferring it to the
workplace.

ATTENTION – Pour le réglage de la largeur de travail
de la fraise contacter un atelier agréé.
Réglage profondeur de travail
Pour varier la profondeur de travail, agir sur l'inclinaison du
couteau central à l'aide du levier (A, Fig.105). Sur les sols
durs, pour éviter que la machine saute en avant, régler le
couteau central en le déplaçant en bas dans le dernier trou.
ENTRETIEN
ATTENTION - Effectuer le opérations d'entretien
machine arrêtée et moteur éteint !
Chaque fois que l'on utilise la fraise, s'assurer que :
1. Les écrous de fixation du quickfit ou du corps de fraise
au motoculteur sont serrés à fond et que le verrou du
quickfit est tourné jusqu'au déclic en position serrée.
2. Toutes les vis et les écrous de fixation des couteaux de la
fraise sont serrés à fond.
3. L'huile de la boîte du couple conique est au niveau,
presque plein.
MONTAGE DE LA ROUE DE SUPPORT
Installer la roue B dans le logement de la roue de la fraise
(C, Fig.106), bloquer la roue avec l'axe D comme indiqué
Fig.106.
ATTENTION – Durant le travail, enlever la roue. La
roue ne doit être utilisée que pour transporter la
machine sur le lieu de travail.
