OPERATION

1 Main switch 0-1 for
ice cruscher and juicer
Connect the appliance to the main switch which has been previously
installed. The appliance should only be used for the time period
necessary to actually process the food. Therefor, do not operate the
appliance for long periods of time when is empty. Wait for the motor
to stop running before raising the ice crusher lever or the juicer
lever, or before removing the blender or mixer containers and covers.
After using the appliance, it is important to disconnect it throught the
main switch, and then from the mains by means of the main wall
switch.
3.1 Ice-crusher
With the ice crusher lever raised, press switch (1) to position "1".
The mechanically activated indicator on the button will turn red
when the appliance is on. Place the ice, possibly in cubes, in the
feed box.
The motor will start when the ice crusher lever is lowered, activating
the safety micro-switch located inside the appliance. This special
safety device, which turns off the motor when the ice crusher lever
is raised, prevents accidental contact of the fingers with the ice
crusher blades. The crushed ice is collected in the special bowl
placed beneath the outlet.
After using the appliance, it is advisable to disconnect the appliance
throught the main switch 0-1 (1).

3.2 Juicer

The ice crusher - juicer appliance uses the same motor as the ice
crusher. To operate the juicer, press switch (1) to position "1". The
mechanically activated indicator will turn red when the appliance is
on. Keep the ice crusher lever lowered and put the juice collector
cup beneath the drainage tube. Take one of the fruit halves and
place it on the reamer, and lower the juicer lever.
After using the appliance, it is important to disconnect the appliance
throught the main switch 0-1 (1).
