function can be very useful when the normal
amount of steam emitted is not suffi cient to
remove stubborn creases, or when ironing
diffi cult or thick fabrics.
Th e steam jet button can also be used for
diffi cult or hard-to-reach areas such as collars,
cuff s, pockets and around buttons. Th e steam
jet emitted from the tip of the soleplate makes
ironing easier and faster.
For optimum steam output, wait about 4
seconds before using this function again.
Th e steam jet function may also be used with
the iron held vertically, to remove creases or
wrinkles from fabrics.
Note:
For a more powerful steam jet, set the steam
control to 'dry ironing' .
Using the spray nozzle
Th e laundry can be dampened by pressing
the spray button. Th is will help to smooth
out diffi cult areas, and may be used at any
temperature during dry or steam ironing.
