• Check that the liquid level in the tank is sufficient for the intended use. If not, fill it up to the desired
level and avoid introducing any foreign body inside the tank
• Connect the plug to the mains socket after checking that the general switch is on "0" or in the OFF
position.
• Switch on the general switch.(2)
• Keep the lever of the pump nozzle down and direct the jet into the environment and onto the
surfaces to treat as detailed in the following.
• Once all the product in the solution tank has been distributed, cleaning of the tank is
recommended. Remove any impurities from the bottom and then refill the detergent up to the
correct level.
• At the end of each use, rinse the system with clean water
EXTENDED MACHINE INACTIVITY
If the machine is not going to be used for a few days, to ensure long machine life, fill the solution
tank with clean water and make it flow out to thoroughly wash the circuit so to prevent the solution
from drying inside it and possibly clogging it.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE: DEFECTS, CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS
Symptom: - The machine does not start
Cause: - The plug is not connected to the mains
Solution: - Make sure there is electricsl supply and then connect the machine to the mains outlet
Symptom: - The internal compressor suddenly stops
Cause: - The thermal protection of the motor is activated
Solution: - The internal compressor is provided with a self-resetting thermal protection which is
activated if it over-heats. Switch off the machine and wait a few minutes, then switch it on again.
Symptom: - The machine does not start or the compressor does not run uniformly.
Cause: - The compressor piston cannot overcome the pressure inside the system.
Remedy: - Turn on the machine and immediately press the gun operating lever to lower the pressure
in the system and start the compressor.
