8.3.2 Grill
Replacement kit and tools
KR K1SBGR, electric screwdriver with torque selector (N.m or in.lb
hex key (optional).
Grill removal
1. Put the enclosure with back side on the work bench.
2. Remove both hex screws located near the logos of the grill (4 mm hex bit) and remove the grill.
3. If a fastening support is intended to be replaced, remove it by unscrewing both Torx
locknuts (T25 bit, 8 mm hex key).
Grill mounting
1. If a fastening support is intended to be replaced, put a new one in place and screw in two 25 mm Torx
with washers and locknuts (T25 bit, 8 mm hex key, 3 N.m/27 inch.lb
2. Insert the grill into the cabinetry.
3. Screw in both hex screws near the logos (4 mm hex bit, 3 N.m/27 inch.lb

Protective elements removal
1. Put the enclosure with back side on the work bench.
2. Remove both ball-locking pins from a front protective element.

3. Remove the 3 Torx screws from a front protective element and remove it (T30 bit).
4. Repeat for the second front protective element.
5. Put the enclosure with front side on the work bench.
Remove the ball-locking pin from a rear protective element.

7. Remove the 3 Torx screws from a rear protective element and remove it (T30 bit).
8. Repeat for the second rear protective element.
Protective elements mounting
1. Install a rear protective element on the cabinetry and screw in three 25 mm Torx
3 N.m/27 inch.lb ). Verify that it is possible to fully insert the ball-locking pin.

2. Repeat for the second rear protective element.
3. Put the enclosure with back side on the work bench.
4. Insert an angle locking pushbutton into a front protective element.
5. Install the front protective element on the cabinetry and screw in three 25 mm Torx
locker, 3 N.m/27 inch.lb
6. Repeat for the second front protective element.
