• If the handset is dirty, clean with a soft cloth and neutral detergent.
DO NOT USE ABRASIVE ADDITIVES OR SUBSTANCES.
• The cordless must be connected to an associated, homologated telephone.
• Do not use for long periods in very damp areas, especially when particularly hot or cold
and avoid direct exposure to the sun or sources of heat.
• Do not rest objects or furniture on wires or on the handset.
• PROTECT THE HANDSET FROM WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS.
• Do not use the handset and do not position the base in loose proximity to metallic objects
and working electrical handsets as this could cause interference and reduce the cordless
phone's range.
• Always hold the cordless at a minimum distance of 50 cm from the other electronic
handsets to avoid interference.
• Stand the base on a fl at surface.
• If you intend to install the handset in a building on several fl oors, connect the base on an
intermediate fl oor.
• The cordless cannot operate properly if it is too far away from the base.
USE THE CORDLESS WITHIN ITS RANGE: ABOUT 50m INDOORS, 300m OUTDOORS.
• Completely discharge the batteries once a month, then recharge them in order to keep
the charge for as long as possible and extend the life of the batteries.
CAUTION! ONLY USE AAA MINISTIL OR RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES.
• Only use the power pack provided to supply power to the base of the handset; the use of
a non-original power pack could cause serious damage.
