5. Lift the spreader at the support foot with a suitable hoist. Follow the safety instructions
for the hoist.
6. Remove the spring clip and the locking pin.
7. Pull out the right support foot in the hitch side (in the direction of travel for rear hitch) and
slide it through hole 3 of the cover on the spreader.
8. Lock the foot with the spring clip and locking pin.
9. Screw the cover to the brackets on the frame tube on the hitch side with the star screw
(3) (see picture).
10. Pull out the left support foot in the hitch side (in the direction of travel for rear hitch) and
slide it through hole 2 of the cover on the spreader.
11. Lock the foot with the spring clip and locking pin.
