Während der Garantiezeit muss das defekte Gerät ausreichend frankiert in seiner Originalverpackung eingeschickt werden. Innerhalb des ersten Jahres der Garantiezeit schickt BST das Gerät frankiert zurück. Danach gehen die Transportkosten zu Lasten des Empfängers. Bedienelemente haben eine beschränkte Lebensdauer und sind bei intensivem Gebrauch von der normalen Garantie ausgeschlossen. -

Tijden de garantieperiode moet het foute toestel naar ons terug gestuurd worden per gefrankeerd colli in haar originele verpakking. BST verstuurt uw toestel terug per gefrankeerd colli tijdens de garantieperiode. Na de garantieperiode zijn de transportkosten ten laste van de klant.
