Fondue With Cheese

1. Prepare your cheese fondue to a recipe in the fondue pot.
3. Skewer bread or pieces of vegetables onto the fondue forks and dip them into the cheese
fondue.

Hot Stone

CAUTION!
❐ Danger of injury! The stone will become very hot during use!
❐ Before you fi rst use the hot stone, rub some heat-resistant cooking oil into it.
❐ We recommend that you only season the ingredients after you have prepared them on the
raclette device as the herbs and spices can burn if they get too hot and this may cause smoke
to be produced.
1. Prepare the raclette device in the manner described in the "Raclette" chapter.
2. Place the hot stone into the recess in the middle of the raclette grill plate and allow it to heat
up. Make sure that the stone is placed in the recess with the smooth side with the groove
in it facing upwards.
3. Place meat or vegetables onto the hot stone and turn the food from time to time until it is
cooked.
4. If necessary, use a brush to dab some oil onto the hot stone so that the food does not be-
come stuck to it.
