Preparations
For assembly, also refer to the illustrations on
page 3.
1. Set the device so that the switch points to-
wards you.
2. Tilt the safety handle to the right.
3. Remove the transparent cover.
4. Attach the pomace container on the left side.
For this, hold it slightly inclined in order to insert
the upper edge into the collar of the centrifuge
housing.
5. Set the transparent cover onto the device. It
also extends to above the pomace container.
6. Lock the transparent cover with the safety
handle.
7. Attach the juice container with lid and sieve on
the right side.
8. Cut the fruit to be juiced in advance into strips.
9. Make sure that the function switch is set to "0".
NOTE:
You have to remove the centrifuge housing and
sieve for cleaning. After cleaning, assemble the
device as shown below:
1. Set the device so that the switch points
towards you.
2. Tilt the safety handle to the right.
3. Attach the pomace container on the left side.
4. Set the centrifuge housing onto the base
housing. The arrows on the components help
you to find the correct position.
• The centrifuge housing has three feet which
fit into the holes on the base housing.
Electric Connection
• Before inserting the power plug into the out-
let, check that the mains voltage to be used
matches that of the device. You can find the
required information on the nameplate.
• Connect the device only to a correctly installed
safety socket for 220 – 240 V~ 50 Hz.
Operation
Switch settings
• Select step 1 for smaller fruit like strawberries.
• Select step 2 for larger pieces or hard veg-
etables, for example carrots.
Juice extraction
NOTE:
• The device has a safety switch. The motor
can be switched on only when the safety
handle is closed.
• The device is intended for short-time opera-
tion. Wait for 1 minute after operation for 3
minutes.
WARNING:
Before you switch on: Check again that the ac-
cessories are seated securely.
• Set the switch to the desired step. The motor
starts.
• Place the fruit into the filler opening and push
with the tamper.
• The juice now flows into the juice container. The
pulp is collected in the pomace container.
NOTE:
• The juice container has a capacity of 0.7 liters.
Stop the operation in time. The MAX marking
must not be exceeded.
• Empty the pomace container periodically. In
order not to impair the performance of the
device, do not let it become too full.
Cleaning
WARNING:
• Before cleaning, switch the device off and pull
the power plug.
• Under no circumstances should you immerse
the device in water for cleaning purposes.
Otherwise this might result in an electric shock
or fire.
• The centrifuge sieve is very sharp! Danger of
injury!
