Instructions

• Read through this manual before using the product for the
first time.
• Only use this product for its intended purpose, as descri-
bed in this manual.
• A measurement taken by this product does not represent a
doctor's medical examination.
• Consult with a doctor if any abnormality is found.
• Do not take temperature readings over scar tissue or open
sores.
• Follow the safety instructions when using this product on
an infant or baby.
• Use this product in ambient temperatures from 16 ºC ~
40 ºC.
• Do not expose this product to temperatures below -20 ºC
or above 50 ºC or to environments with humidity of over
95% (≥ 95%RH).
• Do not drop this product or take temperatures with it when
in the vicinity of hot objects/areas such as fireplaces, sto-
ves and boiling water.
• Before taking a temperature, measure the ambient tempe-
rature or that of a general object (general mode), check
that the user's temperature is within the normal body tem-
perature range (35.8 ~ 38 ºC)
