NON-FUNCTIONING DIAGNOSIS.

The ballast does not work.
The CAD fuse blows out while in use.
Disconnect the shutter connection
and then change the fuse.
1. USING THE "AUTO" MODE .
1.1 The ballast and the CAD are on ;
the "lamp on" command is given,
but the lamp does not switch on.

DOSSIER TECHNIQUE

HMI PROFILE 1200W & 2500W
the mains checklight is not on
the mains checklight is on
the CAD 900 is not on
the CAD still does not work :
Message displayed :
RJ LAMP ERR.
Switch on
the ballast.
Check that the lantern bonnet is well
closed.
Check that the cable is well connected.
(refer to Tech. File page 10 & 20 )
Check that the correct cable has
been used.
Check that the lamp is in good
condition, in any doubt : change it.
(counter lamplife : page 6/7 - manual CAD)
Check the mains voltage >200 V.
Check that the ignition is well adjusted
( refer to Tech. File page 18 )
Contact the RJ services.
Check the mains.
Check that the circuit breaker
is engaged.
Check the CAD fuse.
Contact the RJ service.
Contact the RJ service.
If the fuse blows again - change
the CAD: ( refer to Tech. File p. 35 ).
The CAD stays on - check the
shutter cable connection.
(refer to Tech. File page 10 & 20 )
Reconnect the shutter cable :
If the problem comes back : Change
the whole block.
( refer to Tech. File page 32 )
