L'accessorio opzionale 650BRCE1
è un sistema molto pratico per auto-
matizzare un cancello ad ante battenti
anche quando sussistono situazioni
particolari o difficoltà di installazione
dovute a spazi molto ristretti.
NOTE PER L'INSTALLATORE:
● Montare il braccio il più vicino
possibile all'asse del cardine del
cancello.
● Il dispositivo in oggetto richie-
de un'analisi dei rischi accurata:
maggiore è il disassamento e più
grande è la zona di pericolo (rischio
di cesoiamento).
LIMITI D'IMPIEGO
Il braccio 650BRCE1 può essere instal-
lato nei limiti consentiti (fig. 1).
ISTRUZIONI PER IL MONTAGGIO
L'articolo viene fornito di serie per
anta SX (vista interna). Se si dovesse
movimentare l'anta DX, sarà sufficien-
te montare al contrario il gruppo cu-
scinetto (fig. 4) e seguire le istruzioni
seguenti.
Una volta installato il motoriduttore
(vedi istruzioni relative), azionare lo
sblocco manuale e procedere come
segue:
1_ Inserire il braccio diritto nell'albero
d'uscita del motoriduttore e fissarlo
con la spina, la vite e relativa ro-
setta (fig. 2).
2_ Fissare la guida di scorrimento
facendo riferimento alle quote di
fig. 1 e prestando attenzione alla
planarità (fig. 3).

The optional accessory 650BRCE1
is a very practical system used to
automate swing gates also in special
conditions or when installation proves
difficult due to confined spaces.
NOTES FOR THE INSTALLER:
● Mount the arm as close as possible
to the gate hinge axis.
● This device requires a detailed
risk analysis: the greater the offset
angle, the greater the danger zone
(risk of shearing).
APPLICATION LIMITS
The arm 650BRCE1 may be installed
within the admissible limits of applica-
tion (fig. 1).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The product is supplied as standard
for the LH leaf (viewed from interior).
If it is to be mounted on the RH leaf,
simply mount the bearing assembly
(fig. 4) in the opposite direction and
follow the instructions below.
After installing the gearmotor (see rel-
ative instructions), activate the manual
release and proceed as follows:
1_ Insert the straight arm in the gear-
motor output shaft and secure by
means of the pin, screw and rela-
tive washer (fig. 2).
2_ Fix the sliding guide with reference
to the values in fig. 1, taking care to
ensure correct planarity (fig. 3).

ist ein sehr praktisches System für

gen Platzmangel vorliegen.
HINWEISE FÜR DEN INSTALLA-
TEUR:
● Den Arm so nah wie möglich an der
Achse des Stützzapfens des Tores
montieren.
● Die o. g. Vorrichtung erfordert eine
sorgfältige Analyse der Risiken:
Je größer die Nichtfluchtung desto
größer der Gefahrenbereich (Mit-
nehmgefahr).
EINSATZGRENZEN
Der Arm 650BRCE1 kann innerhalb der
zulässigen Grenzen installiert werden
(Abb. 1).
MONTAGEANWEISUNGEN
Der Artikel wird serienmäßig für den
linken Torflügel (Innenansicht) gelie-
fert. Sollte sich der rechte Torflügel
bewegen, genügt es, die Lagereinheit
umgekehrt zu montieren (Abb. 4) und
die folgenden Anweisungen zu befol-
gen.
Nach der Installation des Antriebs
(siehe entsprechende Anweisungen)
die manuelle Entriegelung einschal-
ten und folgendermaßen vorgehen:
1_ Den Arm gerade in die Ausgangs-
welle des Antriebs einführen und
mit dem Stecker, der Schraube
und der entsprechenden Scheibe
(Abb. 2) befestigen.
2_ Die Gleitschiene durch Bezugnah-
me auf die Maße der Abb. 1 und
Beachtung der Ebenheit (Abb. 3)
befestigen.

espaces très restreints.

● Monter le bras le plus près possible
de l'axe du gond du portail.
● Le dispositif en objet demande une
analyse approfondie des risques :
plus le désaxement est important et
plus la zone de danger est grande
(risque de cisaillement).
LIMITES D'UTILISATION
Le bras 650BRCE1 peut être installé
dans les limites autorisées (fig. 1).
INSTRUCTIONS POUR LE MON-
TAGE
L'article est fourni de série pour vantail
gauche (vu de l'intérieur). Si l'on sou-
haite manœuvrer le vantail droit, il suf-
fira de monter dans le sens contraire
le groupe roulement (fig. 4) et suivre
les instructions ci-après.
Une fois l'opérateur installé (voir ins-
tructions correspondantes), actionner
le débrayage manuel et procéder
comme suit :
1_ Introduire le bras droit dans l'arbre
de sortie de l'opérateur et le fixer
avec la cheville, la vis et la rondelle
(fig. 2).
2_ Fixer le rail de coulissement en
respectant les mesures de la fig. 1
et en veillant à la planéité (fig. 3).

un sistema muy cómodo para automa-
tizar una cancela de hojas de batiente
incluso en situaciones especiales o
ante la dificultad de instalación debida
a espacios muy estrechos.
NOTAS PARA EL INSTALADOR:
● Monte el brazo lo más cerca posible
del eje del gozne de la cancela.
● Este dispositivo requiere un análisis
minucioso de los riesgos: cuanto
más grandes es la desalineación,
mayor será la zona de peligro (ries-
go de amputación).
LÍMITES DE EMPLEO
El brazo 650BRCE1 puede ser insta-
lado dentro de los límites admitidos
(fig. 1).
INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL
MONTAJE
El artículo se entrega de serie para
una hoja izquierda (vista interior). Si
tuviera que accionar la hoja derecha,
será suficiente montar el grupo de co-
jinete al revés (fig. 4) y seguir estas
instrucciones.
Una vez instalado el motorreductor
(véanse las instrucciones respecti-
vas), accione el desbloqueo manual y
proceda de la siguiente manera:
1_ Introduzca el brazo recto en el
eje de salida del motorreductor y
fíjelo con el pasador, el tornillo y la
arandela correspondiente (fig. 2).
2_ Fije la guía de deslizamiento
tomando como referencia las
medidas indicadas en la fig. 1 y
observando la nivelación (fig. 3).
