Conformity to MDD Requirements
The Pain Remedy TENS device is in compliance with IEC 60601-1 safety standard.
Warranty
Pain Remedy TENS device is warranted for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to the
TENS stimulator CONTROL unit only.
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions, accidents,
abuse, alteration or disassembly by unauthorized personnel.
Proof of purchase will be required at time a warranty claim is made.
