Troubleshooting

Problem
When increasing intensity after
turning the unit on 3 buzzes were
heard and green light flashed
The indicator light on CONTROL
unit is red
Adhesive pad does not stick after
moistening surface
During use, the skin feels a
painful burning sensation or the
stimulation becomes weakened.
Cause
Pads are not firmly on the skin
and need to be repositioned
The Battery is low
Adhesive gel pad needs to be
replaced
Adhesive gel pads are not
adhering firmly to the skin or the
gel pads are too dry.

Solution
Reposition pads and adhere
firmly to the skin. Turn power on
and continue
Charge the CONTROL unit
Replace adhesive gel pad. Pads
can be purchased at the location
you purchased the unit or at
www.coreproducts.com
Apply a few drops of water to the
adhesive surface of the pads.
Press firmly to the skin.
