Quick Start

Plan your Silk'n BellaGlide hair removal for best results!
Treatments 1-4 - plan 2 weeks apart
Treatments 5-7 - plan four weeks apart
Treatments 8+ - treat as needed, until desired results are achieved.
Set up Silk'n BellaGlide!
. 1 Remove Silk'n BellaFlash HAIR REMOVAL UNIT and other components from box.
. 2 Plug the ADAPTOR cord into the Silk'n BellaFlash HAIR REMOVAL UNIT socket.
. 3 Plug the ADAPTOR into an electrical outlet. The STAND BY INDICATOR LIGHT will illuminate.
Treat with Silk'n BellaFlash safely and properly!
. 4 Choose areas to treat that have not had recent exposure to the sun.
. 5 The skin of the treatment areas should be shaved, clean, dry and free of any powders, antiperspirants
or deodorants. Do not wax, pluck or tweeze the hair out. Shaving is an important step to get the
results you want.
. 6 Press the CENTRAL BUTTON. The READY INDICATOR LIGHT (orange) will turn on and a fan
sound (similar to the sound of a hair dryer) will start.
. 7 Energy level 1 indicator light will turn on and the device is now ready to emit a pulse of light at the
lowest energy level.
Skin Test
Place the TREATMENT SURFACE on the skin and press the trigger to deliver one pulse. If you did
not experience abnormal discomfort after 24 hours, increase the energy level on your next test spot.
Continue testing at increased energy levels until you have reached the highest level that you feel
comfortable with. If after 24 hours at the tested level you experience no adverse effects you can start
your treatment at that energy level.
Wait 24 hours after the test and if you experience no adverse effects, you can start your full
treatment at that energy level. Repeat this test for each body part you intend to treat.
