Battery loading
Battery should be loaded as soon as lifting speed is slowing down, and/or green
diode is dark.
Connect the external charger to the battery and only then to the mains (220 V).
The charging process starts automatically and the red light is on.
When the Charge 8-10 dashes indicates the battery is fully charged (green light
goes on).
The electric high-lift trucks can be put back into operation.
The loading time is about 5 to 6 hours while the machine cannot be used.
Never leave the built-in charger longer than 24 hours connected.
Never discharge the battery totally (max. discharge 80%), this could
damage the battery or even render it useless.
With regular test of the charger in accordance with BGV A3 - VDE 0701-
0702 is to be executed the measurement of the protective conductor
current with the differential current procedure.

Before inspection and maintenance work is carried out, appropriate measures should be taken
to remove all loads from the Electric-Scissor pallet truck.

The service life of your Electric-Scissor pallet truck is limited. Worn parts must
be renewed in adequate time.
Oil and lubricant recommendations
Hydraulic oil:
HLP-DIN 51524 T2 ISO VG 22
Oil quantity approx. 0.8 litre
Lubricant: Multipurpose lubricating grease – DIN 51825 T1 - K2K
Waste oil must be disposed of in accordance with legal provisions!

Maintenance and inspection works
Check operating elements for faultless operation.
Check condition of the travelling rollers and roller axles
By the maximum height of 400 mm, the side supports must be set in place on the floor.
Grease joints and bearings
Check functioning of wheels and rollers
Check hydraulic system for leakage (Is the top lifting height reached effortlessly?)
Check the set-up of the drain valve
Check all screw and bolt connections for tightness

Check functioning and turning capability of wheels and rollers
Check all parts of the pallet truck for wear and replace defective parts where necessary
Change oil in the hydraulic system
Remove the oil plug with washer. Add oil until it is level with the lower edge of the
opening. Refit the oil plug with the washer towards the body.
Bleed the hydraulic system by making several pumping actions with the handle.
Check electric installation acc. to directive BGV A3
Check readability of type plate.
