5. Place the iron in the horizontal position
in a hand basin or the kitchen sink.
The dirt will come out of the opening,
together with the steam.
6. Switch off the steam button (Fig. C)
7. Move the iron over a damp cloth to
clean the soleplate.
8. Empty the water tank (Fig. F)
9. Let the iron cool down before putting it
away.
