DESCRIPTION (FIG. A)

Your wall slotter has been designed for making
slots in masonry. The machine is only suitable for
right-hand use.
1. On/off switch

ASSEMBLY
Before assembly, always switch off the
machine and remove the mains plug
from the mains.
Replacing the cutting discs (fig. B)
Worn or damaged cutting discs must be replaced
immediately.
- Only use sharp and undamaged cutting discs.
-
Always replace both cutting discs at the same
time.
- Never attempt to remove the guard.
● Keep the spindle lock button (6) pressed to
lock the spindle (17).
● Loosen the outer flange (18) using the flange
key (19).
● Remove the old cutting disc (20), the spacers
(21), the old cutting disc (22), and the inner
flange (23). If necessary, use the splitting
wedge (24) to remove the spacers (21).
● If necessary, clean the flanges (18 & 23).
● Mount the inner flange (23), the new cutting
disc (22), the spacers (21), and the new
cutting disc (20).

● Firmly tighten the outer flange (18) using the
flange key (19).
● Release the spindle lock button (6).
USE
Setting the slot width (fig. C)
The slot width can be set using the spacers
between the cutting discs. The number of spacers
between the cutting discs determine the slot
width.
- Do not set the slot width during use.

Always mount at least one spacer between the
cutting discs.
● Determine the slot width.
● Mount the required amount of spacers (21)
between the cutting discs (20 & 22). Refer to
the chapter "Replacing the cutting discs".
Setting the depth stop (fig. A & D)
The depth stop restricts the maximum slot depth
during use to prevent the machine from cutting
too deeply into the wall. The slot depth can be
read from the scale (4).
Do not set the depth stop during use.
● Slightly lift the depth stop (5) from the guard
(7).
● Set the depth stop (5) to the required position.
● Release the depth stop (5) to lock it into the
correct position.
Setting the slot depth (fig. A & E)
The slot depth is variable between 0 and 40 mm.
The slot depth can be read from the scale (4).
Do not set the slot depth during use.
● Slacken the locking lever (3).
● Tilt the base (11) to the required position.
● Tighten the locking lever (3).
Switching on and off (fig. A)
● To switch on the machine, keep the lock-off
button (2) pressed and simultaneously press the
on/off switch (1).
● To switch off the machine, release the
on/off switch (1).
