MEMBRANE REPLACEMENT SILENTA 300
l Remove the four screws that can be found on the underside.
l Remove the two screws on the outside and the nut on the inside,
so that the inside, including the membrane can be removed.
l Now you can mount the new membrane in reverse order.
MEMBRANE REPLACEMENT SILENTA 500 PRO
l Remove the screw and turn off the top.
l Remove the four screws on the back of the membrane and the nut,
so that the membrane can be removed.
l Now you can mount the new membrane in reverse order.
MEMBRANE REPLACEMENT SILENTA PRO 1200 / 1800 / 3600 / 4800 / 6000
l Remove the screws which are mounted at the bottom or on the cover.
l You can now separate the two pump housing pieces, being careful not to damage the
rubber sealing ring.
l You now see on both sides the membrane housing, which you can unscrew. Take off the
rubber hose, then you can take off the membrane housing.
l When you have dismantled both membrane housings, you can remove the membranes by
unscrewing the fastening nut.
l You can now, in reverse order of the dismantling, assemble the new membrane including
housing.
l Before you mount the pump housing pieces, test the pump to ensure it functions properly.
With this, you prevent extra work and unnecessary damage to the sealing rubber of the
pump housing.
REPLACING THE AIR FILTER OF THE SILENTA 300 / 500 PRO
l Replace the air filter at the bottom of the pump.
REPLACING THE AIR FILTER OF THE SILENTA PRO 1200 / 1800 / 3600 / 4800 / 6000
l Remove the small hood on top of the cover.
l Replace the air filter and click the small hood on the cover again.

Except the membranes and air filter this Silenta Pro is guaranteed by Velda for a period of 24
months.This guarantee includes defects caused by material or construction errors. In case of
wrong assembly, injudicious use or bad maintenance, the guarantee will cease. Water damage
and wear are not covered under this guarantee. In case of any claim to guarantee, a dated invoice
should be produced. See guarantee card enclosed.
