Note for using "e-Filing function"

When scanned data, Fax communication data or similar are stored using the
e-Filing function, the data to be stored are encrypted.
The stored data in the e-Filing can be protected with the password, but they could
be worked out or even stolen. In such a case, confidential information in the data
could be leaked.
Therefore, handle important data with extra care.
The machine administrator needs to explain this to the users and make sure that
they only operate the machine on this understanding.
