[Important] Managing the key code

After the scrambler board has been installed, the machine administrator enters the
key code. This key code is valuable information in order to maintain the security of
the scrambler board (GP-1040). If this information is leaked to anyone else, the
code will be decrypted and your confidential information may not be safe. The key
code cannot be reissued in terms of security.
You need the key code when the scrambler board is installed or the equipment is
out of order.
If you lose your key code, you cannot re-enter it when the equipment is out of order.
In order to keep the encrypting function, you have to repurchase the scrambler
board (GP-1040).
The machine administrator needs to follow the items below and remember that the
security of the key code is vital.
(1) Before the scrambler board is installed, check that the envelope* which you
received from the service technician is unopened. The machine administrator
should confirm that the envelope* has not been opened by anyone else before
it is opened.
(2) Do not leave the key code anywhere where it can be easily found.
(3) Never disclose the key code to anyone else because it is your own private code.
(4) Do not write the key code down anywhere where someone else might be able to
see it.
* The envelope is perforated to prevent any person other than the machine
administrator from opening it.
