Step 5:
Installation of the footrests (36) at the footrest holder (42+68).
1. Put the footrest (36) onto the right footrest holder (68). Adjust the holes
in the parts so that they are aligned.
2. Push the screws (35) from above through the holes. Push on a washer
(37) and spring washer (39) from the opposite side, screw on a selflocking
nut (38) and tighten firmly.
3. Install the footrest (36) on the left footrest holder (42) as described in
1. – 2. (Note: The high edges of the footrests (36) must point inwards
(towards the main frame.))
4. Mount plastic cover set (44+47) to both side front end of pedal bar
(42+68) and secure with screws (18+45) for each side.
5. Mount foot pedal cover (49) to both side rear end of pedal bar (42+68)
and secure with screw (18) for each side.
Step 6:
Installation of the handgrip bars (6+27) on the connecting tubes (19+28).
1. Push the handgrip bars (6+27) onto the connecting tubes (19+28) and
adjust the holes in the tubes so that they are aligned.
(Note: the handgrip bars must be aligned after assembly so that the
upper ends are inclined outwards (away from the support (4)).
2. Push the bolt (11) through the holes and tighten the handgrip bars (6+27)
with washers (13) and nuts (12) firmly.
3. Mount hand grip cover sets (23+24) to both connection tubes (19+28)
and secure with screws (18) for each side.
